Review about the book "Customers for life!" by Carl Sewell
Honest review about the book "Customers for life!" by Carl Sewell. I want to tell you right away, I'm not a purchased specialist who was paid for a good review. I am independent in this regard, so today I will leave honest and direct feedback on the book.
I want to say right away that the topic will not go for many women - it's all about cars.
"Customers for life!" C. Sewell
The theme of the whole book is an auto salon business. Therefore, all the ideas on the procedure for obtaining a client for life reduced to machines and services in this area. The topic of staff recruitment, uniforms, company and salon design, and finally clean toilets, yes even this topic is being raised there. In addition, there are tips that are not suitable for our mentality. For example: if your customer said that after servicing the car iPhone 8 disappeared from there, you should buy a new IPhone for him. Even if you are 100% sure that your staff could not steal the phone. And then I immediately remembered about our people and how sometimes cunning it can be, therefore this advice is definitely not for our people - do you agree? Of course, in the book "Customers for life" there are a couple of interesting and useful tips. But, they are more suitable for large businesses and companies. They are designed for a different mentality - this is more applicable in Canada - where people trust each other much more. There are so few tips that I would not recommend reading this book, for example, to a photographer, a manicurist, or a makeup artist. Better to take another, more useful book. My rating is 3 out of 5 Again I repeat - if your business is a big fish, you hire staff, you have your own shops or salons - then the book is worth reading.
